Hidden gem! Stopped in for the first time Saturday, they have meals that are cooked fresh daily. All macros on containers. The containers are specially wrapped in house so they last for a week, no preservatives added. They offer delivery or pick up. They have an in body scan scale. Austin was very friendly and and knowledgeable. I hope work gets out. Also, they have a microwave there so if you are on your way to work you can heat it up!

I love this place and the food is amazing!!! Lindsey had told me to come try the food out here and after my first visit I signed up for a membership. What also gets me to keep coming back is the people that work there. The customer service is top notch! They open the door for you, hold the food for you and remember your name! Shoutout to Jess for remembering me and continuing to give me great service. Thank you myfitfoods!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had such a great experience at My Fit Foods in Sugar Land! I came in in a huge rush, and Austin was incredibly helpful. He quickly helped me find all the meals I was looking for and was so nice and kind throughout the whole experience. Definitely recommend this location! Their meals are convenient and genuinely taste really good too. Thank you, Austin, for making my quick stop so easy!

I’ve been coming to this MyFitFoods location since December 2025! Everyone behind the counter does a phenomenal job at making each weekly trip feel like seeing friends rather than a grocery haul. The meals have been a great way to keep me on track of my health and fitness goals. Being a teacher, my minutes during lunch are super limited, but having easy, delicious, ready to eat meals every week helps immensely in the craziness of the school year. If you’re a teacher, you need MyFitFoods in your life. Your body and wallet will thank you! 💪🍎

I always felt good after getting my weekly stash here at this MyFit Food shop. The people are so welcoming and approachable, they make you feel great. Thank you for all the help you do. I love the food! Finally healthy food that doesn’t taste like cardboard! Ahahhaha my favorite is the beast Mac and Hawaiian. Lurv every bit of it! 💕
